Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead and grow our portfolio of QSR brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, expanding brand presence, optimizing operations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to meet brand growth and profitability targets. Identify market opportunities and lead expansion plans (new stores, formats, geographies). Own the P&L for the QSR vertical.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all QSR brands and outlets. Set performance KPIs and ensure adherence to brand SOPs, food safety, and quality standards. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.
  3. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across operations, marketing, HR, and supply chain. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer centricity.
  4. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies. Analyze customer insights and market trends to enhance brand positioning and revenue.
  5. Business Development: Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and outlet rollout plans. Build partnerships and vendor relationships to support business goals.
  6. Reporting & Compliance: Present regular business performance reports to leadership. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all units.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in retail/QSR/F&B, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple brands/outlets across regions.
  • Strong P&L, budgeting, and analytics skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
