Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Department for Digital Appliances, the incumbent will build and lead a team to develop and grow the Air-conditioning business in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategies to achieve sales & profit targets
• Create sustainable business models with innovative ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product, marketing, and retail strategies
• Manage product portfolio roadmap and lifecycle
• Lead key account managers to develop distribution channels and relationships
• Provide technical designs and consultations with support from Pre-sales Engineers
• Ensure top-notch after-sales service in collaboration with the service team
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, manage daily operations including product management, market analysis, key account management, P&L, supply chain, pre- and after-sales, and reporting

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Engineering, with 10+ years in the Air-conditioning industry
• Strong P&L and people management skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a successful B2B and B2C sales record
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, project management, and presentation skills
