This role centers on managing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and contributing to process improvement and digitalization initiatives—rather than performing direct accounting tasks.
Location: Central, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract
- Organize and maintain documentation for AP/AR and GST processes.
- Review and validate supporting documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with traders and internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Support ledger-related activities (knowledge required; no hands‑on accounting work).
- Participate in process improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AP/AR, GST, and ledger concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
