• Oversee offboarding processes.
• Handle work pass applications, including renewals.
• Generate letters for personal visas, ICA PR documents, and certificates of employment.
• Produce ad hoc reports and provide data as needed.
• Conduct statutory surveys and other assigned duties.

Job Scope

This role will support the administrations of ELC and HRIS:

• Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
• Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc
• Offboarding
• Work pass applications (new and renewals)
• Letters generation (E.g. personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents, Certification of Employment that cannot be generated from DarwinBox)
• Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
• Statutory Surveys
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
