A leading restaurant group in Singapore is seeking a CFO to develop and implement financial strategies, oversee budget preparations, and manage investor relations. This role demands a proven leader in financial management, with a strong background in capital planning and team development. Candidates should have extensive experience in the restaurant industry and be adept at financial analysis and decision support. The position offers a comprehensive view of the company's financial health while driving profitability.
Develop the restaurant company's financial strategy and support its overall development strategy (expansion, franchise development, investment and mergers and acquisitions).
Responsible for the company's annual financial budget preparation, capital planning, and financial target management.
Participate in feasibility analysis for restaurant store expansion, site selection, investment, and exit.
Establish and improve financial management systems, internal control systems, and risk management mechanisms.
Supervise accounting and financial statement preparation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Oversee capital operations and strictly control cash flow and working capital (raw material procurement, rent, and labor costs).
Manage store costs and expenses (such as food waste, labor costs, and operating expenses) to improve profit margins.
Ensure tax compliance, conduct reasonable tax planning, and optimize the tax burden.
Responsible for financing strategies, including bank loans, investor relations, and capital market operations.
Manage investor relations and regularly report on the company's financial and operating performance.
Participate in capital operation projects such as the company's IPO, mergers and acquisitions, and equity structure adjustments.
Establish a restaurant operations analysis system to monitor key metrics such as revenue, average customer spending, gross profit margin, table turnover, and cost control for each store.
Provide regular financial and operational analysis reports to support the Board of Directors and CEO in their operational decisions.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of new restaurant businesses, new stores, and marketing campaigns.
Participate in the development of pricing strategies and supply chain optimization plans to improve overall profitability.
Responsible for the development, training, and performance management of the finance team to enhance its professional capabilities.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and human resources departments to promote data-driven financial management.
Drive the development of financial information systems (ERP, POS, and supply chain systems) to enable real-time monitoring of store financial data.
