About the Role

A leading global enterprise in the retail and investment sector is looking for a Business Process Control Executive to provide operational support within its finance function. This role centers on managing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and contributing to process improvement and digitalization initiatives—rather than performing direct accounting tasks.

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain documentation for AP/AR and GST processes.
  • Review and validate supporting documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate with traders and internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
  • Support ledger-related activities (knowledge required; no hands‑on accounting work).
  • Participate in process improvement and digital transformation projects.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AP/AR, GST, and ledger concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
