Job summary

A financial services company based in Singapore is seeking a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities include monthly closing, accounts receivable management, and preparation of accounting documents. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with bookkeeping knowledge. LCCI or Diploma in Accounting is required. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual skills in English and Chinese are necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Experience with bookkeeping preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions and month-end closing.
• Prepare accounting documents including GST submissions.
• Ensure all customers' accounts are up-to-date.
