Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy in a major SGX-listed company in Singapore. This role involves leading the finance team, supporting business expansion across Asia, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, substantial work experience (16-18 years), and proficiency in Mandarin. A strong exposure to SGX reporting and prior Big 4 experience is highly preferred, alongside a strategic mindset for driving growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 16-18 years of work experience with comprehensive finance exposure.
- Experience in SGX reporting is a must.
- Prior Big 4 exposure is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and oversee financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules and statutory reporting.
- Support business expansion and performance across Asia markets.
