Job description

Job Descriptions:
- Monitoring the Daily Collection and providing support and advice to our volunteers.
- Processing Fund Transfers, Walk, and Mail-in donations.
- Processing other non-donation related receipts.
- Processing donation related and non-donation related collections.
- Attending to queries from both volunteers and donors.
- Processing Daily Closing for Front Desk Collection.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least O level certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in a computerized environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
