Yuxiang Building Materials Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based steel reinforcement fabrication company specialising in cut & bend services and prefabricated reinforcement solutions for construction and infrastructure projects. We support major contractors and developments with a focus on quality, safety, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Duties
- Full Set Accounting: Handle GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets; ensure accurate recording, classification, and audit trails.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments; monitor payment schedules; prepare AP aging and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare customer invoices and debit notes; monitor receivables; follow up collections; prepare AR aging.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Perform monthly closing, journal entries, reconciliations; prepare schedules and support audits.
- Reconciliation & Controls: Perform bank, AP/AR, and GL reconciliations; ensure internal control compliance; flag irregularities.
- GST & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and submit GST F5; ensure compliance with Singapore standards; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
- Fixed Assets & Cost Tracking: Maintain FA register and depreciation schedules; support operational cost tracking.
- ERP / System Management: Maintain accurate ERP data; support system improvements and standardisation.
- Internal & External Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external parties.
- Ad-hoc & Support Duties: Support management reporting and other finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience handling full set of accounts.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP or accounting systems.
