Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is looking for an Accounting role focused on daily accounts management, including accounts receivable and payable, invoice processing, and assisting with audits. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Accounting and excel in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Syspro Accounting System being an advantage. This position involves a variety of accounting tasks and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with Syspro Accounting System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounts-related matters including cheque/cash payment.
• Record AP invoices and issue AR invoices.
• Assist in month-end accounts closing including GL entries.
• Assist in reconciling monthly intercompany balance.
• Aid in yearly external audit.
• Maintain filing and document tracking.
• Handle any ad-hoc related duties.

Education
