A retail hardware company in Singapore is seeking an accounts personnel to handle the full set of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparing quarterly GST returns. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Finance or Accountancy and relevant experience in the retail sector. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Business Central and MS Office are preferred. This position suits a meticulous team player who can work with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle full set of accounts.
(AR and AP will be handed by another 2 finance staff)
Preparation of monthly management accounts and schedules.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Preparation of quarterly GST returns.
Preparation of Tax computations.
Preparation of surveys, statistics and any other reports required.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accountancy
Relevant working experience in retail sector is preferred
Preferred Skill(s): Business Central, MS Office
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who can also work with minimal supervision
Meticulous, with an eye for details
Preference will be given to Singaporeans and/or those who are able to start work soon.
