Job summary
A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for their Accounts Payable function. Responsibilities include handling payment processing, verifying staff expenses claims, and maintaining vendor data. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software is required, and training will be provided for SAP.

Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable function, including checking and payment processing.
- Verify and process monthly staff expenses claims.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve payment-related queries.

- Handle Accounts Payable function, including checking, matching, and payment processing.
- Verify and process monthly staff expenses claims accurately and timely.
- Liaise with vendors and other internal departments to resolve invoices or payment‑related queries.
- Maintain and update vendor master data.
- Assist in the preparation of various financial reports.
- Support the Accounts Payable Accountant in monthly costing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Perform intercompany billing and accounts reconciliations.
- Minimum Higher NITE/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently within deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or accounting software (e.g. SAP – training will be provided)
- Knowledge in Accounting principles and standards
- Good time management skills
