Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team at our mTower office (formerly known as PSA Building). As a full-time Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial records and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Full Set of Accounts Management: Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities.
  • Inter-Company Reconciliation: Liaise with group companies for inter-company billings and reconciliations.
  • Accounting Schedules & Reconciliation: Prepare accounting schedules and perform reconciliations as part of the month-end close process.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • GST Filings: Prepare quarterly GST filings.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
  • Deadline Management: Manage tight reporting deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an audit firm (essential).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
