Job summary

A sports and activities company is looking for an Admin cum Accounts Assistant in Singapore. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices; key in bills and expenses.
  • Perform bookkeeping and filing of records.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as receiving payments.
  • Work closely with finance lead or relevant third parties when required.
  • Upload daily claims, bills, and invoices into accounting software.
  • Issue receipts to clients via email.
  • Track lesson hours taken and remaining balance.
  • Send reminders to coaches when lessons are nearing completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

About the Role: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations team. The successful candidate will manage daily administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth coordination with coaches, clients, and finance staff.

  • Working Hours:
    6 days per week (Tuesday to Sunday)
    12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Salary & Benefits:
    Monthly Salary: S$2,500 - S$2,700
    Transport provided (Shuttle bus from Khatib MRT Bus Stop/ Sengkang MRT Bus Stop)
    14 days Annual Leave
    14 days Sick Leave
  • Requirements:
    Diploma or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
    Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
    Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Chinese (spoken)
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Xero accounting software
    Strong organizational and communication skills
    Able to work independently and as part of a team
