Job description

• Review and approve Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, payment vouchers, and related party transactions.
• Oversee month-end closing activities and prepare supporting schedules.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management/statutory reports within deadlines.
• Handle GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and deferred tax computations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow reports.
• Perform other finance-related duties or projects as assigned.
