Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an in-house Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL, and prepare monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate will handle WIP for yearly audits and supervise Accounts Assistants. Experience in GST preparation and dealing with external auditors is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Proficient in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Ability to supervise and guide Accounts Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Handle construction project accounts, prepare WIP and cost budgeting.
- Issue invoices, statements of accounts, and payment reminders.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.
Skills
We are construction company, looking for in house Accountant able to handle full set of Account (AR, AP & GL) including WIP for yearly audit.

- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Issuing invoices, statement of accounts and reminders
- Issuing payments to suppliers
- Prepare and submit of GST
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors
- Attend to owners on enquires regarding their statement
- Supervise and guide Accounts Assistants
- Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques from clients
- Banking of cash/cheques
- Complete ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
