What you’ll do:

Budgeting, Forecasting & Long‑Range Planning

  • Prepare and maintain annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
  • Monitor performance against targets, analyse variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic decision‑making.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to define KPIs and OKRs that drive business performance.
  • Provide financial guidance to ensure alignment between departmental initiatives and overall company objectives.
  • Act as a finance business partner to support operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Financial Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare management reports, board decks, and investor materials with clear financial narratives.
  • Streamline and enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Translate complex financial data into insights for stakeholders.

Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making across business units.
  • Provide insights on key SaaS/recurring revenue metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Payback period) where relevant.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a recognised local university.

1‑2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, audit, accounting or finance. Big 4 experience is highly favoured. Strong fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written communications in English, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools is a plus.

Analytical, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.

Collaborative team player with the ability to partner effectively across functions.

Self‑starter with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
