A growing fintech startup in Singapore is seeking a Financial Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or Accounting, with 1-2 years of experience, preferably including Big 4 exposure. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a recognised local university.
1‑2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, audit, accounting or finance. Big 4 experience is highly favoured. Strong fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communications in English, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools is a plus.
Analytical, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
Self‑starter with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
