Job Summary

The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Variance Analysis: Compare actual financial results to forecasts, identifying key drivers of discrepancies.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights to senior leadership to guide business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate financial health and performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to optimize business outcomes.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Assess industry trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Min 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is key
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • 30% to 50% travel time
