RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin & Operations
● Maintain and update staff list, contact list and leave records.
● Calculate worker’s overtime
● Order materials and compare pricing from suppliers
● Responsible for work pass application/ renewal for foreign workers.
● Provide administrative support to the team and departments, including preparing quotations and liaising with customers.
● Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Finance
● Handling AP & AR functions, including preparing invoices, DO and Quotations
● Maintain records of customer payments and follow up on outstanding debts.
● Assist with month-end and year end account closing.
● Perform bank reconciliations and transactions.
● Maintain proper documentation, filing and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS
● Candidate must possess at least diploma /A level equivalents (Major in accounting or finance will be a plus)
● At least 1 year relevant working experience, entry level candidates with good working attitude are welcome to apply.
● Possess Can Do/ Wiling to learn attitude.
● Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
● Required skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
