Finance Analyst jobs in Singapore

1) Assist Financial Controller to keep and manage proper full set accounting transactions and ensure smooth business operations.

2) Work within pre-determined deadlines to deliver the month-end and year end accounts closing.

3) Administer and monitor the activity financial system to ensure that the arranged finances are well maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

4) Manage proper full set accounting transactions, which include data entry into the computerized accounting system, payment processing, and preparation of monthly schedules, cash flow statement, bank reconciliation and expenses analysis.

5) Highlight any areas of concern in relation to cash flow statement where appropriate. Liaise closely with external auditor, secretary and tax consultant on the financial, relevant filling and tax aspects to meet legislative requirements.

6) Responsible for general accounting that involves preparation of statistical data & financial reports concerning profits and cash Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable systems to ensure complete and accurate records for outgoing and incoming funds Work within pre-determined deadlines to deliver the month-end and year end accounts closing Comply with financial policies and procedures in accordance with Accounting Standard requirements Ensure documents are well controlled and documented as per company policy for easy retrieval.

7) Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by superior Job Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts Preferably from construction industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous with details and able to multitask to meet deadlines Independent and with a high level of initiative Proficient with Microsoft office
