Location: Tuas (Dorm at Jurong East / Tuas area)

Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri

Working hours: 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm (40 hrs workweek)

Salary: $4k - $5k (excluding transport allowance, preferably with own transport)

• Take charge of 3 FCDs comprising 730 dormitory residents and 60 workers staying in a Commercial Dormitory STL
• Room capacity optimisation and planning allocation of our own workers/ labour supply and sub-contractors workers of different ethic nationalities
• Manage all the in-house and outsourced security officers deployed at the various facilities including outsourcing agencies liaison for last minute replacements and support
• Conduct weekly dormitory inspections and spot checks to ensure compliances to dormitory statutory regulations from the various government agencies
• Responsible to administer monthly incentives and penalties for violations to Dormitory ICs/ Room ICs and dormitory residents
• Ensure dormitories housekeeping and living standards are monitored and adhered according to established requirements
• Liaise and coordinate as PIC with all MOM/ FEDA and government agencies on all dormitory/ security matters
• Maintain updated and proper in-boarding registration/ out-processing of all dormitory residents at any one time
• Ensure security officers record and maintain entries and exits records of all dormitory residents and visitors at all facilities
• Attend to emergencies within the dormitories and security access issues after office hours
• Arrange for bus transfers and passenger manifests to and fro between the different FCDs/ Commercial Dormitory STL and factories/ Sembawang Wharves/ Jurong Port
• Initiate and submit investigation reports for any dormitory or security related incidents within the facilities
• Compile and submit weekly Dormitory/ Security reports to management for review and records
