Job description:
Supervise maintenance and installation activities of the property systems and facilities.
Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, façades, and landscaped areas.
Support or lead minor development projects (e.g., EV charger installation, solar panel installation, façade repainting).
Coordinate timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables for project success.
Oversee solar power systems including monitoring output, maintenance scheduling, and issue resolution.
Manage and maintain hydro farming facilities, ensuring environmental compliance and productivity.
Promote and support the integration of green technologies within the property.
Plan and execute periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
Support the leasing team with technical aspects of the properties, especially in relation to newer amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, warranties, utilities, and contractor performance.
Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
Prepare technical and operational reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in property management, with exposure to technical systems.
Proven experience in managing or coordinating:
Solar PV systems
Building façade repairs/painting
Sports/recreational facilities
Hydroponic farming setups
EV charger installations
Good understanding of building safety codes, preventive maintenance, and sustainability trends.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS or property management software is a plus.
Immediate availability or able to start work within a short notice period is preferred
