Job description

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager for our new location in Singapore.

Quantinuum is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our new Singapore R&D and Operations Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to‑day site operations while leading the planning and execution of site‑related projects. The position will also support broader initiatives across Quantinuum locations in the APAC region. We are looking for an experienced, self‑motivated professional with proven experience in site, facilities, or program management, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

The Quantinuum ISC Operations Team Goals of Safety, Cost, Customer delivery, Project planning and Execution are defined as drivers of Excellent Performance.

Site Operations Management

• Lead and oversee all aspects of site operations and facilities management for the new Quantinuum site in Singapore, ensuring efficient, safe, timely, and cost‑effective practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the site, managing day‑to‑day operations and maintaining effective communication with the landlord and building management.
• Develop and maintain a performance dashboard with key operational KPIs to drive operational improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of site performance.
• Communicate progress toward goals, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions to the broader ISC team and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global ISC team to plan and execute facility‑related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

Materials Management

• Support the Integrated Supply Chain organization in areas such as Receiving and Shipping, Inventory Control, Procurement and Property Management.
• Execute material and inventory control tasks including incoming receipts, asset management, cycle counts, material movement, inventory reconciliation, and shipment transactions.

Regulatory Compliance

• Work with the HSE team to implement and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Partner with the Security team to oversee site security, including access control, emergency procedures, asset protection and visitor management.
• Serve as the accountable owner for ensuring that all site operations comply with relevant Singapore laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with technical and other functional teams to execute strategic initiatives for the new Quantinuum site Operations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between site operations and other functional or technical teams.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities management, project management role, or supply chain management

• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision‑making with proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent MS Office skills. MS Project, Smartsheet and CAD program knowledge is a plus
