Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, M&E, plumbing, and building systems, coordinating with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage daily facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors (cleaning, security, maintenance) and monitor service quality.
• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g. MOM, NEA, SCDF).
• Support facilities-related projects such as installations, minor renovations, refurbishments, and office moves.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and expense monitoring.
• Prepare basic operational and cost reports for management.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work closely with internal teams to address facilities requests and operational issues.
