• Lead and manage the Facilities team to ensure high standards of maintenance, repair, and facility services
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to support smooth operations and compliance with safety requirements
• Manage and work closely with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Ensure facilities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace
• Monitor and manage facilities budgets, optimize resource utilization, and support financial planning and reporting
• Oversee timely troubleshooting and resolution of facility-related issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs and implement facility improvement projects
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance
