Job summary
A shipping and logistics company based in Singapore is looking for an entry-level operational team member to assist with export shipments. This role involves completing daily operations, coordinating with customer service and warehouse teams, and preparing necessary shipping documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The working hours are typically from 11am to 8pm. This opportunity demands a keen sense of detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Complete day to day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill customers' requirements.
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as packing lists and invoices.

- Complete day to day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth
- 50% Office, 50% Warehouse
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill Customers requirements
- Prepare full set of shipping documentations such as packing list, invoices and execute AWB
- Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
- Declare and apply custom permit related documents
- Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome
- Working hours after confirmation: 11am to 8pm (tentative hours)
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Hands-on and have problem-solving approach
- Meticulous and detail oriented
