Job summary

A local manpower services provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 20-month contract role in sports event management. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the National School Games while managing competition schedules and providing logistical support. Ideal candidates should possess a qualification in Sports Management or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing National School Games
  • Work with Organising Committees, Sports Associations, venues, and officials
  • Manage competition schedules and results
  • Provide logistical and administrative support
  • Assist with procurement and payments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen
  • Qualification in Sports Management, Sports Science, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in sports event management or equivalent
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to work independently and in a team; multitasking capable
Duration / Working hours

20 months contract (Feb 2026 to Sep 2027)

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
