Operations Project Manager
The Project Manager is expected to have acute business acumen and work closely with Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams (both internal & external) to manage the requirement, design, development and implementation of projects. Projects are expected to have tangible outcomes and improvements.
The incumbent also acts as a liaison for the Enterprise Risk and firm-wide culture and conduct that enable the organization to meet the business needs.
He/she will have full project responsibilities to ensure project deliverables & documentations are delivered within the stipulated time and budget. Any escalation of issues would be made by him/her to the Executive Director.
The incumbent is expected to work on projects that are cross-functional, and is not limited to certain departments or regions only. i.e. Scope of projects and engagement covers all departments and all regions. Incumbent is expected to work directly with various directors, including the MD.
A program will be developed for the incumbent to learn various aspects of the business. The program will include attachments and hands-on work in various departments in the organisation. The objective is to accelerate the incumbent's learning, and lay the foundation for potential future leadership roles when the incumbent is ready.
