Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Solution Development
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of employability products, toolkits, and digital solutions that support jobseekers and workers in upskilling and career navigation.
- Integrate user insights, behavioural research, and data analytics into product design to ensure relevance and impact.
- Pilot and iterate innovative models of career readiness and employment facilitation, including self-help tools, digital platforms, and capability frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Career Coaches, Data, and Product teams) to ensure solution alignment and scalability across our ecosystem.
2. Innovation & Strategy
- Drive a culture of experimentation and design thinking within WISE to develop new concepts and prototypes that address evolving workforce needs.
- Translate strategic goals into innovation roadmaps, prioritising initiatives that deliver measurable impact and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate technology trends and employability models to inform product direction and organisational learning.
3. Programme Design & Implementation
- Develop and refine employability frameworks, toolkits, and resources used across our career services.
- Support digitalisation and automation efforts that enhance productivity, user experience, and access to services.
- Measure product adoption and outcomes, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and value delivery.
4. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, outcome-oriented solutions.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, agility, and impact, empowering the team to prototype, test, and scale what works.
- Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and KPI management to ensure effective execution and governance.

- Experience in business development/project management/programme development will be advantageous.
- Flexible to accommodate to adjusted work schedules, evenings, and weekends when required to serve workers/jobseekers needs; in which time off will be offered.
Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute
Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
