As the West Region Lead at Colliers, your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the region. Your focus will be on driving business development, achieving revenue targets, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. You will be tasked with executing and overseeing advisory assignments, serving as the face of Colliers to clients, and developing innovative solutions to address complex challenges.A key aspect of your role will involve managing and cultivating a high-performing team. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, fostering talent within the team, and ensuring consistent service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and stay abreast of market developments to provide valuable strategic insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.Building and maintaining strong relationships will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. By identifying cross-selling opportunities within Colliers" portfolio, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. Furthermore, your role will require you to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Representing Colliers at industry events and conferences will also be part of your responsibilities.To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Master's degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. MRICS certification is preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential. Extensive experience in property consulting, with a proven track record in various assignments, will be advantageous. Demonstrated leadership ability, P&L management skills, and a track record of meeting revenue targets are key qualifications for this position. Your business development acumen and understanding of real estate market dynamics will be critical to your success.
