Role Overview

The Academic Manager (HOS) is a senior academic operations leader, responsible for managing programme delivery, faculty coordination, and academic administrative teams.

This role is both managerial and hands-on, acting as a key support pillar to the Academic Director.

Responsibilities
Academic & Programme Management
  • Oversee academic delivery across assigned programmes
  • Ensure teaching quality, assessment integrity, and student progression
Academic Leadership & Governance
  • Lead academic delivery, administration, and compliance across the School
  • Ensure academic integrity, teaching quality, and progression standards
People, Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Manage Academic Executives and Senior Executives
  • Lead faculty, and academic administration teams
  • Build a disciplined, accountable academic culture
  • Support faculty deployment, performance, and conduct
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Implement academic policies, SOPs, and quality frameworks
  • Support audits and partner university requirements
Requirements
  • Degree or Master’s
