Job description

The key focus of this role will be to drive B2B business development efforts for corporate membership and B2C individual membership acquisition. The secondary focus will be to support ISCA’s engagements with employers who are Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) and outreach activities which promote the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ). Reporting to the Associate Director of Market Growth, this role contributes to the organisation's success through proactive and customer‑focused approach to account management, sales coordination, leads generation and tracking, sales conversion, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
B2B (Corporate Membership)
  • Serve as the account manager for existing and prospective Corporate Members including addressing enquiries regarding Corporate Membership.
  • Perform sales coordination work by liaising with internal stakeholders on collaterals, marketing campaigns and sales approach.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various sources such as networking events, digital campaigns, trade exhibitions, and collaborations with stakeholders.
  • Engage existing Corporate Members through periodic newsletters and engagement events.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of corporate members.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Update Corporate Membership webpage and communicate system enhancements to enhance user experience via the ISCA Portal.
  • Support in coordinating sales information for ISCA’s overseas markets.
B2C (Individual Membership)
  • Generate and follow up on leads (from outreach events, marketing campaigns and trade shows etc.) to grow individual membership.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employer organisations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of marketing collaterals and initiatives.
  • Support outreach efforts to acquire and engage individual members.
  • Assist in organising and participating in events aimed at attracting new individual members.
  • Conduct info‑sharing on professional pathways in virtual and physical sharing sessions.
Support on outreach activities
  • Support ISCA’s engagements with employers who are Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) and outreach activities which promote the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in business development and/or sales‑oriented roles.
  • Experience in account management, leads generation, business development and sales.
  • Prior good track record or relevant experience in driving business development and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) and lead management tools.
  • Familiarity with sales tactics and ability to perform sales coordination work.
