Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Event Management Department in Singapore, the Events Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible in supporting event planning by handling inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, managing correspondence, checking availability, conducting site inspections, assisting with forecasts and coordinating banquet event orders. The Events Executive / Assistant Manager reports to the Director of Event Management.
