Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional business objectives across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership development to support business expansion.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and organizational agility.
Business Partnering:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related strategies, including talent development, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Translate business needs into actionable HR solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure HR practices and policies are aligned with both local and regional requirements.
Talent & Performance Management
  • Lead recruitment and talent development programs to attract, retain, and grow key talent across the region.
  • Implement performance management frameworks that foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a learning and growth-oriented culture through structured development programs.
Compensation & Rewards:
  • Oversee regional compensation strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with department heads to manage annual salary reviews, incentive programs, bonuses and budgeting.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Build a positive employee relationships, proactively managing issues to ensure fair and consistent positive outcomes.
  • Lead HR audits, policy reviews, and process standardization across region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
