They help businesses grow by connecting them with customers through data-driven advertising and creative marketing solutions. We’re looking for an Account Manager who can support clients in Vietnam, strengthen partnerships, and drive adoption of the company’s advertising products.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients and grow revenue through tailored recommendations
- Guide clients on how to improve campaign performance across the company’s advertising tools
- Align client goals with relevant solutions to unlock measurable results
- Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a deep understanding of your accounts
- 4+ years in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, media agencies, sales, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Vietnamese for daily business communication
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Familiarity with Vietnam’s media landscape
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to help traditional businesses grow
