About the Role

The Social Media Manager will oversee FirstCom Academy’s social media presence across multiple platforms. You will lead content creation, engagement initiatives, and digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, learner acquisition, and community growth. This role combines creative vision with data-driven marketing, ideal for someone passionate about education, storytelling, and social media trends.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare platform reports to track campaign effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content strategy and enhance overall engagement.
  • Supervise the Community Executive to ensure community management, responses, and engagement are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies current and impactful.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
