Job Description
1. Production Planning & Coordination
- Assist the Production Team and Director in planning, organizing, and supervising all stages of production, from pre-production to post-production.
- Prepare call sheets, shot lists, production schedules, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate resources, manpower, and logistics to ensure productions run efficiently and on time.
2. On-Set Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day activities on set, ensuring the Director’s creative vision is executed effectively.
- Manage cast, crew, and vendors, ensuring adherence to VP production standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid delays and maintain production quality.
3. Creative & Technical Support
- Support the Production Team and Director in visual development, scene blocking, storyboarding, and creative decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Virtual Production team for LED volume shoots, camera setups, real-time rendering, and technical rehearsals.
- Maintain continuity, performance notes, and creative consistency throughout the production.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as a communication bridge between the Director, producers, department heads, and clients.
- Convey all creative and technical instructions clearly to relevant teams.
- Maintain production documentation and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
5. Administrative & Operational Duties
- Track production progress, daily reports, and expenses.
- Assist with budget preparation, procurement requests, and resource planning.
- Coordinate casting, location arrangements, and talent scheduling when required.
6. Quality Control & Post-Production Support
- Review dailies, monitor continuity, and ensure footage meets creative and technical standards.
- Support post-production with notes, reviews, and alignment to the Director’s vision.
Job Requirements
- ‘Can do’ work attitude to problem solving.
- Proactive and positive individuals preferred.
- Some knowledge about industry is preferred.
- Some knowledge about digital marketing and interactive knowledge is preferred.
- Some production knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Diploma/Degree in Film, Media, Production, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced production environments.
- Knowledge of film/TV/VP production workflows is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Bonus: Ability to perform basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shoots when required.
