Cleverly SG — a Singapore-grown, digital marketing agency is scaling up its home-base sales team. We’re searching for a sharp Business Development / Sales Executive who can turn conversations into long-term partnerships for our SEO, SEM, social-media, content-marketing and AI-chatbot solutions
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & close
Source, qualify and convert SMEs and mid-market firms that need performance-driven digital marketing. - Consultative selling
Diagnose pain points, quantify ROI, and craft proposals that map our services to clear business outcomes. - Pipeline ownership
Maintain a healthy funnel in HubSpot, delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Stakeholder collaboration
Work hand-in-glove with delivery teams (SEO, Paid, Content, Tech) to ensure seamless onboarding and upsells.
Must-Haves
- 2 + yrs quota-carrying B2B sales / BD experience (digital agency, MarTech, SaaS or media strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting or smashing targets.
- Comfort discussing SEO/SEM metrics and translating jargon into profit impact for non-marketers.
- Excellent written & spoken English; a plus if you converse in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu with local SMEs.
- Growth mindset: self-driven, resilient, keen to learn fast and iterate faster.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Enterprise Singapore grants (PSG, SFEC, EDG) and how they shorten sales cycles.
- Existing network among Singapore’s SME & mid-market community.
- Experience selling subscription services or retainer-based solutions.
