Responsibilities
- Brand Management of category health, beauty, sports nutrition including top and bottom-line, SKU optimization and assist in new product development
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including on-ground and digital initiatives
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Development of campaign collaterals/in-store POS materials
- Development of print and digital ads
- Plan, organize and execute brand and product events (e.g. product launches, roadshows, trade fairs, and public relations events) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Drive and follow through new product launches/ existing product improvement to achieve business targets (sales, profitability and market share)
- Support monthly business updates which includes brand performance and sales analysis
Qualifications
- Resourceful, meticulous with good project management skill
- Self-motivated, independent, team player and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent and problem solver. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as candidate will be required to do copy writing in Chinese for collaterals
