Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
• Position Title: Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: Pioneer Sector (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm. (Alternative Sat))
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

• Support the finance team with accounting tasks
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, tax filing, billing, payroll, and data entry.
• Work on specific areas like accruals, fixed assets, and preparing monthly and yearly accounts for audits.
• Assist in preparing basic financial statements and trial balances.
• Participate in finance-related projects and test new systems when needed.

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting role
• Efficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
