Responsibilities

• Perform various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Data entry of client's information.
• Keep documentation and maintain clients files.
• Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant client queries.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Conduct stock taking.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
• Complete other administrative tasks as required.
• Work on weekends and public holidays.
