Job summary

A local nail artistry company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a customer service role. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent service standards. The ideal candidate has communication skills and can work independently. Candidates must have at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level qualification, and fluency in English and Chinese is preferred. Training is provided, and you may work across three locations.
