The role involves inspecting and diagnosing devices, entering data in a ticketing system, and managing logistics for the delivery and return of demo units. This position requires effective troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical support, ensuring a smooth service experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspect and diagnose device repair issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Capacity to prepare service quotations and reports.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair devices for customers.
• Enter and complete data in the ticketing system.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to customers.

Job description

Singapore Service Centre (Training will be provided)

• Inspect, diagnose, and provide device repair service for our customers
• Receive jobs, enter and complete all required data for entry to our ticketing system (Freshdesk)
• Prepare service quotation
• Prepare service report, Customer job follow-up
• Logistics arrangement for returns to the customer
• General housekeeping duties, maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly work area
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
• Test units’ management, including:
  • Update record
  • Prepare the loan form for customers
  • Arrange delivery of the demo unit to customers
  • Monitor and follow up on the return of demo units

Pre- and post-sale support for APAC Customers (with guidance)

• Provide technical advice and support to assist sales activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
