A service solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a front desk associate to manage operations and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include attending to visitors, handling calls, performing data entry, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 GCE O-Level passes and preferably 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. This is a 22-month contract with specified working hours.
Manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle calls and messages
Attend to sick/injured students and contact parents when required
Perform data entry and general administrative support
Maintain records (lost & found, sick bay, incidents, early release)
Issue and track uniform loans, report books and graduation certificates
Distribute mail/items and inform staff of deliveries
Maintain stationery inventory and keep front desk/office areas neat
Support ad-hoc tasks (packing by class, lamination/binding, staff labels, NRIC collection)
Any other duties assigned by school management
Minimum 5 GCE O-Level passes
Preferably 3 years reception/front desk experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Duration/ Working hours:
22 months contract (Feb 26 to Dec 27)
