We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Involve in directing and sourcing for elements in new business development.
Job Requirements:
1 to 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience preferred
Open to entry-level candidates eager to learn sales and business executive role
Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
Able to travel to assigned territory when required
Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
