Job summary

A leading beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to drive store growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships and maintaining customer relationships while preparing reports and handling order administration. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the F&B industry is required, along with fluency in Chinese and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Only Singaporeans may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new partnerships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Assist in preparing Sales Orders and other internal documents.
  • Handle order administration and daily paperwork.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party couriers.

Overview

Job Summary: Primary responsibilities: Developing, implementing and executing sales action plans and strategies, to contribute to the growth of our store. Maintain positive client relationships that are sustainable and beneficial to our Organization. Ability to facilitate communication, contribute ideas about product differentiation, and operate as a liaison between clients and Management. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with our clients that carries products.

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new partnerships and responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing customers through regular contact. Manage our store sales.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Assist in preparing Sales Order and other internal documents as required.
  • To match customer PO with sales information provided by the Sales department.
  • Handle order administration.
  • Handling day to day paperwork, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 year experience in corporate sales with demonstrated success.
  • Preferably fluent in written and spoken Chinese. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational and personal skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams.
  • Affinity with the products.
  • Experience in sales in F&B industry handling B2B clients is required.
