The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the entire process to ensure timely deliveries.You must demonstrate leadership qualities to establish a team that will contribute to the company's growth by fostering a culture of inspiration and teamwork.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets of 25 crores within the next 12 months.- Formulate and execute operational policies in alignment with the company's strategic plans.- Capable of forming alliances and partnerships with external organizations.- Report directly to the board of directors.Requirements:- MBA or equivalent qualification.- 10-15 years of senior-level experience in a similar role.- Willingness to travel extensively across India.- Strong organizational skills, delegation abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and clear communication skills.- Leadership skills for effective time management and conflict resolution.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A master's degree is preferred for this role. The work location will be in-person.,
