Job summary
A leading sales organization in Boon Lay is seeking a Sales Manager to develop strategic sales plans and cultivate strong client relationships. The role involves monitoring industry trends, delivering sales forecasts, and representing the company at international events. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in sales or marketing. Ideal applicants will have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with technical knowledge in IT or electronics. Competitive salary of up to $5500 monthly.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
- Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
Salary: up to $5500

- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company in overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is a strong advantage.
