Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, analysis, and strategic planning.
- Experience with due diligence, transaction execution, and post‑merger integration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuations.
