The Opportunity

Lead large services engagements to implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and maximise customers ROI in Adobe solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Manage cross-functional teams in delivering Adobe projects from inception to completion, providing direction and prioritization to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure the effective use of Adobe Consulting Methodology processes and procedures.
  • Lead business consulting efforts to scope projects, identify, gather, and analyze requirements, and define key business drivers for effective solutions.
  • Coordinate the project estimation process.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
  • Handle project resourcing and commercials, including forecasting, time management, invoicing, and project P/L.
  • Complete project communication plans for clients and partners, as well as internally within Adobe.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards.
  • Actively participate in PMO practice development.
  • Achieve a billable utilization goal.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager, delivering large enterprise-based Content Management or Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large single projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently.
  • Professional project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies like SCRUM.
  • Proficiency in project delivery tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Project and Excel for project management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic problem solver, capable of aligning day-to-day details with broader business objectives.
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive-level discussions.
  • Experience leading virtual internal teams to deliver findings and recommendations at an executive level.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within South Asia.
