About the Job

You will lead the company's Finance and Accounting function across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Tax. This hands-on executive role requires both high-level financial leadership and the ability to manage detailed, day-to-day operations.

You will partner closely with the CEO and COO and manage a distributed finance team of 40+ across multiple countries. You will also work with Corporate Development (M&A), Finance Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive efficiency, cost savings, and strategic decision-making.

Your scope includes accounting, audits, tax compliance, ERP implementation, automation initiatives, month-end close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, modeling, ROI analysis, and other financial insights.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7-10 years in Finance/Accounting, including 3-5 years leading a finance organization during rapid growth
  • Bachelors degree required (Finance/Accounting preferred); Masters and CPA are pluses
  • Relevant certifications and combined experience strongly valued
  • Regional experience in Southeast Asia (US experience a bonus)
  • Background in payments, fintech, tech, or high-growth startups
  • Proven success in building and executing financial strategies

Responsibilities

Main Priorities

  • Lead and scale the Finance organization across multiple markets
  • Oversee group audits and ensure timely, high-quality completion
  • Drive automation in reconciliation, reporting, and billing
  • Improve cash flow, working capital, and AR performance
  • Strengthen FP&A, automate reporting, and support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to guide growth and profitability

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support M&A activities, capital planning, and fundraising
  • Partner on treasury and liquidity management
  • Contribute to IPO readiness and broader financial transformation
  • Lead finance components of cross-company initiatives, including post-merger integration
